       然而,其实在中国木薯也是可以生产的,比如在广东、云南、广西还有海南等省份,这几个省份其实也是有很多地方适合木薯生长的土地,因为木薯的生长环境是耐旱、耐贫、易管理等等特点,导致在一段时期,这是很多老百姓的日常主食。

       别的不说,在广西木薯的产业发展是非常迅速的,尤其是广西的木薯产业是全国发展最快的,也是产量在全国最高的一个省份,其中的木薯淀粉产量占全国木薯淀粉产量的70%,可以见到广西省木薯的发展。而在此后大量的粮食蔬菜进入广西后,很多人开始改变了方法,开始种植起其他粮食后,木薯在广西渐渐地被淘汰了。

       要知道,其实木薯可是跟土豆、红薯一起被称为是世界三大薯类作物的,别的不说,虽然说木薯在全球被誉为是“淀粉之王”,但是结果却还不如土豆卖得好,毕竟木薯是有毒的,而且口感也不行。按照记录,木薯的毒性不小,尤其是新鲜根毒,如果吃生的和不熟的木薯是非常容易中毒的,所以在此后,木薯渐渐消失在国人的餐桌上,而在全球很多人也不太喜欢吃这个。

       然而,虽然说木薯作为主食被淘汰了,但是在近些年来,木薯在中国的需求量是逐年上升,从2012年木薯粉需求的171.71万吨,到2017年的260万吨,再到2019年的250万吨,可见中国对于木薯粉的需求量是非常大的,并且,这些木薯粉大量都是来自进口,尤其是2017年进口木薯粉占比超过90%,这些主要来自越南、柬埔寨、泰国、老挝和印度尼西亚等国家。

       而4月份,按照越南一项数据表示,今年3月份越南已经出口了38.5万吨木薯和木薯产品,出口额达到了1.42亿美元,同比出口量增长17.1%,并且平均价格也上涨到了369美元一吨,整个第一季度的越南的出口木薯和木薯产品高达107万吨,出口额高达3.96亿美元,同比出口量增长40.3%。

       而这些木薯粉大多数都是出口到中国,而在另一半,中国对于木薯的种植却是越来越少,木薯淀粉量不断下降,2012年中国的木薯淀粉产量达到了68.19万吨,而到了2019年仅仅只有17.01万吨。很多人已经不再种植木薯了,原来的村里家家户户都种植,如今却是宁愿荒着也没人种了。

       而中国每年进口大量的木薯粉到底有什么作用呢?其实木薯淀粉是一种非常重要的工业原料,在食品、化工、纺织、医药等行业被广泛运用,并且如今的木薯淀粉的价值随着技术的发展,还在不断的更新中。

       虽然说木薯的环境生长不高,其实是非常低的,但是就算是成本也算,其实一亩地种植木薯也要2000元左右,但是木薯的产量其实是要求比较多的,如果太低了,那么其实是不赚钱的,并且如今的很多种植都是机械化了,种植小麦和水稻比木薯方便的多,而木薯则需要大量的人力成本,所以很多人宁愿选择种植水稻和小麦。

      并且,其实在看看进口木薯的价格,其实就不难看出为什么中国不种植木薯了。按照2017年中国进口木薯粉233.1544万吨,进口金额是76815万美元,其实差不多相当于每吨2141元,而2018年的时候价格上涨了,进口木薯200.8595万吨,进口金额达到了93858万美元,这个也就是差不多每吨3037元,但是要知道如今中国的人力成本上去了,那么一吨卖这个钱,其实对于很多人来说是亏本的。而对于很多东南亚国家来说,这个价格是我们无法与对方相抗争的,所以很多人最后也放弃种木薯了。

      所以,哪怕看这个每年都能超过60亿元的市场,但是真正能做的有几个呢?(转载自投资家网)
